This song is about him overcoming his early difficulties in his life. He is telling about his path to success. He says that he will stand up for what he believes in. He was sick of people lying to him, so he decided to take his matters in to his hand, and do them himself. He realizes that he messed up earlier in his life, but now he has made it right. He knows that he got distracted in his early career, and now he is back on track. He does not want people to follow in the same step that he did. He says that he got his life back on track, so he could make another record for his fans. He did not want to disappoint them. He is trying to tell people to get up, and stand up for what they believe in. By telling people his difficulties, he thinks that they might realize that their situation is not that bad. He wants to inspire people to follow in his footsteps. He is telling people that he will help them out if they need help. He wants people to put their lives together. This is relevant to society because people try to inspire people all the time, and giving examples of how they got themselves on track, helps out the other people.
